He built us a 3400 sq ft Focus on Energy certified home - our utility bills are close to what we were paying for our first house which was a little over 1000 sq ft. “Aspen Homes recently remodeled our kitchen. The end result is beautiful - better than we had imagined! I can't say enough about how easy they made the process. We gutted the kitchen, removed a load bearing wall that separated the kitchen from the dinning room - buried the header in the ceiling so it does not look like a remodel. We converted part of the dining room into a mud room with ample storage. We had to have windows removed and a new size added so we had to try and match the siding outside. We have wood floors inside that also had to be matched. There were so many little details i hadn't considered. Now, the amazing part... it was done in 4 weeks! Aspen did an incredible job of scheduling and lining up all of the contractors to complete this project. Everyone was great to work with, pleasant and they cleaned the worksite thoroughly every night. I can't say enough good things! Fantastic job Aspen Homes.”

“We hired Bruce to design an addition to our 900 square foot lake cottage. He drew plans to change the kitchen to a foyer, add a new kitchen, bathroom, and change a utility closet to a laundry area which also houses the on demand water heater and pump. He also designed a large deck lakeside and a covered porch on the roadside. He included central heating and air conditioning. His complete and detailed plans allowed us to be the general contractors. The end result is even more exciting than we anticipated. We would recommend Bruce to anyone looking for an excellent, thoughtful, flexible, and accommodating architect!”

“They installed a concrete block wall on the east side of my property, repaired a small portion of the garage concrete slab, poured a new concrete garage slab outside of the garage door, poured concrete by fence posts, poured concrete along the concrete block wall, roof repaired by installing missing shingles on the east side of the house, north side of the chimney and nailed existing fascia on the west side of the house. Each person was very professional. All the projects were completed quickly and timely with beautiful quality ending results. All my questions were answered by Heather, Jennifer, Dave and his crew. Each person was very knowledgeable about each project. I am very satisfied with the completion of each project. I would hire this company again for future projects.”

“I had the pleasure of working with Robert on the repair of a second story deck over my kitchen addition this past summer. The repair became much more involved than expected and Robert patiently worked with me to be sure the work was completed with as minimal disruption to my family as possible. Since this repair was attempted at least once prior to working with Robert and his team, he was certain to consider multiple options to complete the work with the highest quality possible, a true lifetime fix.
