We got a beautiful look at a reasonable cost and we were so happy with the work that we hired River Mill Construction again the next year to build a front porch and picket fence out front. We loved THAT so much that when it came time to finish our walk-out basement, we called Matt. He helped us maximize every square inch (and even add a full bath!). He was able to advise us on where to splurge and where to save to get a beautiful look and we really appreciated that there was no pressure to spend more than our budget.
