Matthew, the owner, is very knowledgeable about building requirements and advised us accordingly. He created a plan that is exactly what we wanted. We’re extremely pleased with his professionalism and fast turnaround. We are planning on using Glidden Drafting again when we build our house. Highly recommended!”

“Outstanding contractor, we had a built-in screened porch and Dove Construction turned it into a full sunroom with an additional 400 square feet. The construction crews were on time and very courteous, never a problem with clean up or quality. The sunroom is now our favorite room in the house. I would recommend Dove Construction to anyone considering an addition or renovation. I wish there was a way to share pictures on the site so I could show the construction and completed sunroom. I'll check and see if I can do it on another page once it is posted. (Got pics downloaded)”

“I had David Francis from cobalt to put a new presidential shake roof on my home and it is absolutely beautiful. They also put new 6 inch gutters around the entire perimeter of the house. The crews were very friendly and aspectful. They took care of my property and cleaned up the yard before they left. I have since highered them tocom back and paint my mlivingroom, foyer and hall way. Aabsolutely a very professional job. Came whe they said they would and did what they said they would do.. Charged me what they said they would charge and not one penny more. I highly recommend them to do any work interior or exterior. KUDOZ to the company.”

“I hired Steve West based on his fine reputation as a custom builder. I have found him to be patient and extremely knowledgeable. He worked well with my architect and subs who all have a high respect for him. He is well-organized and provides finely detailed specs with cost estimates (which lenders love). His system for keeping costs transparent and on track is very reassuring. In all I recommend him highly. Because of the weather delaying the start of my house and issues with the developer of the land my project has been delayed for a year. But we are set to close on the lot and hope to break ground in early August. Sorry, no pictures.”

“David is building our detached garage/workshop and tornado shelter. He has an extremely professional and competent crew. We appreciate his attention to detail and his high expectations for his own work. We have changed a few things here and there throughout the process and David is always very willing to work with us and extremely gracious. We had an issue with one subcontractor and David immediately took steps to address and rectify the problem. Definitely wish we had known David for our previous renovations.”
