“Pedro and his team removed a 50 year old faux ceiling in the guest room in my century old bungalow, added furring strips and installed new drywall. Then... they mudded and painted the new ceiling and installed a new ceiling fan for me... in about 36 hours so that my guest room was ready for guest prior to the Indianapolis 500. Quick, flawless execution--at a very reasonable price. I was impressed and so happy with the result, I invited them back to paint the interior of the small house with the same result. They did a great job. I would have them back again and again! :)”

“Green Trade Contracting did a total rennovation of the main downstairs bathroom in our 1901 home. Keeping with the historical period was important to us as was using state of the art water saving technology. Steve Green, the owner, recommended removal of all of the knob and tube electrical replacing it with 21st century technology. He also thought it best to remove all the plaster and lathe instead of trying to repair it and replaced it with drywall etc. It was because of a leak we discovered in the walls that we decided to proceed with the rennovation, it was not totally done just for aesthetics, but they were an important aspect of the job. We had the project done when we were out of town on vacation with no worries or issues of trust. We came home to a completely renovated and beautifl new bathroom that looks as if it was preserved from back when the bathroom was first installed.”

Many questions were asked to ensure that you understood our project goals. Your staff would arrive between 9:00 – 9:30 every morning. Work was completed within the time frame we had projected. Did cabinets and flooring, designed the lighting per area. Very rich with suggestions and details on the job. Excellent design consultation on colors, paints, finishes, and trim.
