From the very beginning he worked with us and our architect to design a house that met and exceeded our expectations both from a design and cost point of view. Numerous times his advice saved us money and improved the layout of our house. John is so easy to work with and is honest with only the clients best interest in mind. He worked closely with my wife and offered design and even decorating ideas that even impressed our decorator! After we moved into our new beautiful home, John was always available to fix the little things that always come up. In today’s business world it is not often that I can wholeheartedly recommend someone but John is exceptional!”

“Jim Falisi and Justin remodeled my kitchen/dining room, they gutted my dining room and kitchen and made it one beautiful enormous kitchen. It is perfect, we love it! Their work was professional, showed up every day, work was completed much quicker than we anticipated. They cleaned up after themselves every day and there were no hidden fees, it was completed as quoted. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.”

“My husband and I had Mike Monahan and his team do a large addition on our home this past year. we lived though the renovation and it wasn't painful at all. The project was started in October and was completed by March. At one point Mr Monahan asked me if we wanted to do a 2 piece crown molding though out our first floor. I told him that it wasn't in the budget. He went ahead and did it anyway at no additional cost because he valued us as his clients and new that would make the job look wonderful. We are super happy and could not recommend him enough”

“I am an interior designer that has worked on several of Toll Brothers higher end homes in Irvine and Yorba Linda. In my dealings with the properties, they are well built. With many new homes, especially flipped homes, I always run into quirks, imperfections etc. and that has never been the case on these homes. Some of their homes have great floorplan layouts, and some not so great, but that is just my opinion. I guess there is a plan for everyone. Great builder!”
