I then asked R & L to come back for a second time because 1) this is a local, smaller company and 2) Adam, the salesman who did the 1st estimate, was very professional and thankfully, patient. He was the only one to suggest and offer inside trim and he actually taped up a grid design so I could 'see' what my windows would look like. None of the others did this, only told me that I should. The install was completed in one day and was very efficient. My windows are beautiful and the inside trim, which I lacked prior, really added charm to my home's interior. That was a bonus.”
