A water manifold failed. My third-floor unit flooded from the HVAC closet. The HVAC system itself was ruined. Ryaan and team are the best! We have gone back to them time and time again and will continue to do so. The communication was amazing, especially while dealing with multiple snowstorms. Ryaan had great ideas about renovating the bedroom, addressing pain points and how to fix them better than I could visualize on my own.

They've done two projects for me, one exterior and one interior (which was an emergency repair), and each time he arrived early and finished the job quickly. In both instances, he was fixing mistakes previous contractors had made. If I had hired him and his team in the first place, the job would have been done right from the outset. Lesson learned. The team had to replace some cracked backsplash tiles. They were incredibly prompt, communicative, and professional, and the work looks great.

Our small bedroom renovation project was done professionally and swiftly. The work entailed building out an accent wall, installing wall trims and chair rails, and painting all walls. Soon after the work was done initially, we found that the nails used to install the chair rail were scraping the pocket door and made loud noises every time the door was being opened or closed. I’ve been a landlord for almost 30 years now and I’ve had my share of contractor experiences. Working with Ryaan and Kristina was such a pleasure from start to finish. This has been my best contractor experience yet. And it couldn’t have been easier. Online, I filled out a work request form including my project description and attached some pictures (remove and replace the entire front porch and repair a leaky 2nd floor window). Kristina returned my call the very next day. She asked me a few more questions, sent me an email with best and worst case estimates, and provided me with a start and completion date, which was for the very next week. Ryaan did a great job on the deck fixed the leaky window, started and completed the project on time and for less than the written estimates. I will definitely call Ryaan back for any future projects and look forward to working with him again! I can’t say the same for quite a few of the contractors that I’ve worked with in the past. A perfect 10!

They are great communicators, very punctual, and detailed orientated. For this project, they carefully removed and replaced some bathroom shower tiles. It looks better now then it did before.
