We hired this gentleman to paint our cabinets and ceilings, replace the old exterior trim on the windows and re-caulk, then paint one side of the exterior of the home. The price and time quote were fair and similar to the others I had received but I liked Mike's personality so we went with him. We were shocked at the quality and had to request he come back out twice on all of the work done. The exterior caulking and painting was spotty and incomplete and we ended up having to do it again. There was 5 gallons of external paint left over yet many areas were not painted and there was definitely only one spray coat at best. Many areas had no caulking around the windows and trim meaning insects and moisture could get in and cause damage. The ceiling was patchy and had distinct roller marks and the paint dripped onto the floors as drop cloths appeared to not have been used. The cabinets had terrible drip marks and were painted shut to the point they had to be cut open. When asked to redo them there was no sanding or touch up. He simply painted yet another coat over the mess ups. We even received a notice that paint matching the color of our newly painted home was dumped into the Stormwater system which feeds into the local creeks. As there were no other workers in the area and the color still evident on the storm drain concrete matches our house it is evident the paint had to come from this job. We did this fixup in order to help sell our home and our realtor was shocked at the poor quality. We definitely want to warn other homeowners about using this company in the future.
