“Long story short, we hired a bad "contractor" who tore apart our kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. It went south quick and we were in a terrible position when a friend referred us to Rich at Final Touch. Rich came into our home, reviewed what needed to be done, provided a VERY reasonable bid, and made us a promise to have someone in our house every day until things were put back together. Rich kept every promise made to us, showed compassion, and runs a very precise, conscientious, and honest company. He had his crew in our home working diligently every day to allow us to move back home as quickly as possible. His crew is beyond stellar. Jimmy genuinely cares about the client and the work he is doing. All of the employees and sub-contractors present at my house (shout out to Tim, Eli, and Joe) at Final Touch were polite, hard working, and very trustworthy. Now I would like to explain what all they accomplished in an absolutely unbelievable amount of time!!!!! I have a brand new kitchen, bathroom (with a large stand up tile shower), laundry room, new walls in two bedrooms, tile in three rooms and two closets, AND the entire house painted. All of this work, right down to the final touches completed in just over a month. Anyone who has had remodel work done knows that it is not at all uncommon for a kitchen remodel alone to take months! I cannot express enough gratitude or appreciation for Final Touch. They literally put my home back together with genuine care. I will never hire another contractor - Final Touch will receive all my business and I strongly recommend you make the same choice!”
