“Their sales staff is helpful and well informed. We had an issue with our carpet. Paulson's replaced all of it except for one room. We did not hear from anyone for five months, then got a phone call out of blue. That is our one complaint. The installers were great! Would use this company again in the future.”

“We absolutely love our refinished floors! The new color is amazing! The entire process was so smooth from beginning to end due to Ovi's team. Brittney, Paul, and Mitch were a pleasure to work with and helped make this an enjoyable experience. I was torn on color choices and the team was so patient and accommodating. Paul was instrumental in suggesting graphite as a color choice. It was not one we had explored and after he put a sample on the floor along with my other two choices we made a decision to go with the graphite. I am SO thankful for his initiative to suggest something different. I would recommend Treadline Construction to anyone who has a flooring need and wants a truly stress free experience. An added bonus was having the team move all the furniture out of the area and then relocated it after the project was completed. WE LOVE OUR FLOORS and can't believe we didn't have them refinished years early.”

“I bought my floors from Simple Floors! I have fantastic Mica Eucalyptus Strand floors. They are very similar to Bamboo Strand floors (very hard and durable). After searching far and wide for the perfect floors at the best price we finally decided on Simple Floors. Overall they were the most reasonably priced and best quality all around Portland. Also the people that work in their showroom are great to work with! They are amazing at calling me back and emailing about any questions or concerns I had with my floors. Which was fantastic when your trying to get something don, you want someone working hard for you and they were! I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE! Thanks again Simple Floors! ~Kristen”

“We hired Birdseye Hardwoods to repair and refinish our hardwood floors and the cork flooring in our kitchen. On the second day of the project Jeremy discovered our treads and risers had been painted with lead paint. We made the decision to replace the them. He sealed off the stairway from the rest of the house and removed the treads. Even with that unexpected discovery he completed the project on time with a small up charge for the new treads. The floors look beautiful. I only wish I had taken before photos. Jeremy was professional and calm under pressure.”

“Mike and his crew put in new oak floors in our mid- century house, staining then all in a dar finish. They also refinished existing oak floors to blend with the new. ( approximately 900 sq feet total). The result is outstanding! Floors look amazing and the workmanship outstanding. Thanks for doing s great job, and timely, too .”

“I used Stan and Roman and his team of installers for my strand bamboo flooring. They were very knowledgeable and even came out to my house to do a free consultation and estimate. I couldn't believe that he could remove my carpet for free and haul it away to the dump! All I paid was the dump fee of $75 what a deal! I was made aware from Simple Floors that my strand bamboo flooring was extra hard to install due to the toughness of the product. This means your installer has to work harder to do this correctly. All I can say is that Stan and his crew knew EXACTLY what they were doing and did a perfect job! They were very professional and respectful of my own schedule and comings and goings while the project was going on. It really was a lot easier then I expected. When they were done they cleaned everything up and helped me put my furniture back in place! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They are licensed and bonded too! If you want your installation to be done correctly, Portland Hardwoods is the team to use!”
