I completed a full renovation of my house in 2016 and William was very helpful in the selection and installation of the hardwood floors. I had selected a Legno Bastone wide plank wood flooring product for my home, and after a quick call to Legno, they put me in touch with William. I met with William on several occasions at the house to discuss the project as well as view various flooring samples, and every time he was on time! My 1960's home presented William's installers with the challenge of leveling the floor in preparation for the hardwood. William was upfront with me regarding the cost associated with this preparation (plywood subfloor, self leveling concrete, etc.) and his estimate of the amount of self leveling concrete that would be needed was pretty spot on. Overall, there were no cost surprises, the installation was done well, the floor is beautiful and I would highly recommend Artisan Hardwoods to anyone looking for hardwood floors in South Florida.
