I can't say enough good things about the service we got from Carpet Baggers. Jim Mahaffey showed up to do the estimate at the time he said he would. We accepted the offer and he took care of all the arrangements. The crew he sent was friendly, professional and very skilled. The job was about 1000 sq.ft. and was completed and trimmed out in a day and a half. Without hesitation I would recommend Carpet Baggers for floor covering needs.

As an out-of-towner in need of a flooring company, I did research to find a reputable company to redo the carpet and flooring in my Charleston condo. We had such a wonderful experience working with Jenny at Carpet Baggers Carpet One that we had to describe our experience. We selected a 12” ceramic tile for the Laundry, The Invincible H20 vinyl floor for the Living, Dining, and halls, and a Lee’s carpet for our bedrooms. The house was long overdue for a makeover and we are very happy with the results. The new Invincible vinyl floor is very durable and completely waterproof, which is good news since we have three children and two dogs! The folks at Carpet Baggers Carpet One were professional and respectful of our time and home. The crews were tidy and helped make this daunting task much easier than we had expected. We were so pleased with the initial project that we ended up with new flooring and coverings throughout the whole house. The folks at Carpet Baggers have installed carpet and hardwood floors for me. They were professional, friendly and affordable. Couldn't be more satisfied with the job they did and will call them first for future flooring needs.

Absolutely horrible once they started. They wouldn't come out when they were supposed to. The sales rep wouldn't return our phone calls. It took 4 weeks to finish a week and 2 day job. Every time they came from week 3 on they either forgot something or left m house in worse shape and had to come back. They have nice things but I would never let them back in my house.

Excellent service. Repaired broken tile. Cannot tell difference. Put new tile on counter tops and put in new sink. Very happy with my purchase.
