It was such a pleasure working with Josh and his team! The floor of our new house was in need of some major renovations (termite damage, pet stains, large holes that needed framing, the list goes on). DFI handled everything! They had great attention to detail, and excellent communication. They gave us daily updates, discussed any changes with us before proceeding, and worked with us to keep the project in our budget. Our floor was completely transformed! You wouldn’t even know it was the same floor! We will definitely be working with DFI in the future, highly recommend!

His "Attention to detail" was spectacular. He really had a vision of what needed to be removed and what the replacement wood floors would look like. He explained how the floorboards would meet the moulding and door jams. He explained how ensured me everything would be square and neat to avoid weird joints against uneven hallways... then he delivered fast and profesionally (and clean!). Its refreshing to get a no BS contractor who shows up, listens to what you want, clearly understands the entire project, the tells you what its going to cost depending on what you want. Josh was professional and thorough from start to finish. No mess left behind, no toe-knockers, no minor defect that sticks in my mind. Just perfect.

I have Canadian Maple Flooring that had become water damaged over the years. I found Josh Demongin of Dynamic Flooring Innovations and was immediately impressed with his professionalism and expertise. I knew after his visit top my holme he was the one for me. My Maple floors once again the gorgeous floors that the installed 14 years ago. Thank you, Josh and Devon, for making my floors beautiful again. Josh is responsive and professional and could not be more pleased.

I recently purchased a townhouse and wanted new floor installed before moving in. Despite a specific and pretty narrow timeline, Josh and Devin worked tirelessly to make that happen. In one week, they demo'd the old laminate and installed luxury vinyl plank throughout the entire house. Josh is quick, responsive, and professional and helped me decide on the best materials for my house. I'm thrilled with how the floor turned out and would not hesitate to use Dynamic Flooring for a future project.
