When we made the decision to renovate our basement, we chose Floorscapes as the supplier and installer for our carpet, bathroom shower tile and bathroom flooring...we had done some shopping around but absolutely no one could compete with their product line, customer service, flexibility and skill set. Our project is in progress now and the results are spectacular! Albino (the tile setter) is a master at his craft; his work is unbelievably well done and he is not satisfied until the job is perfect in every way. He installed white subway tile in my very small bathroom and although he had limited space to work in and uneven walls to work WITH, he created a masterpiece that I am so proud to say is in my house. Thank you sir...you are a genius at what you do! Jason Sawyers is our carpet guy and he has gone out of his way to make sure we've been comfortable with our choices, educated about every aspect of what to expect from the carpet we chose and aware that he is available to answer questions and provide feedback whenever we've needed it (which has been often!) He's just exceptional at customer service and so knowledgeable about the carpet and flooring options at Floorscapes that we have felt completely confident from the get go. There hasn't been a single time we had a question unanswered or a concern not dealt with and we're very grateful for his time and attention. In our opinion, there is no other choice for flooring needs in Calgary. Just go to Floorscapes and save yourself disappointment. 5 STARS GUYS!!

Floorscapes replaces all the carpets in my home and changed the DR Carpet to Hardwood Flooring, This was 'tricky' as they had to match hardwood that was in my Kitchen and Halls and as that flooring had been discontinued, we worked with their designer to come up with a plan and samples that would make it all blend in ... I got quotes for 2 other companies for my job and they did not come close to the professionalism, help, pricing that I received from Floorscapes. The owner (Bryce) came to my home to help with measurements and provide some helpful information. Jeff LaCasse was such a wonderful, kind and most of all helpful Sales Representative... Jeff has such a patient helpful disposition. Sharon (works in the office), Kayla (Designer), Mark (setting up the work) were all so great to work with. Darcy came to the residence when the work was being done to be sure everything was going well. Darcy even had a suede wall of mine wrapped so the paint would not get touched or damaged. I can not say enough about this company !! Hire them !! I rate them higher than a 5 Star and not only were they so helpful and did what they could with pricing, they did everything that I wanted and more ! They go above and beyond the call of duty !! FABULOUS COMPANY !! FANTASTIC PEOPLE !!!!!!

We hired Floorscapes for our main floor renovation and cannot be happier with the final product. The entire process went quite smoothly from start to finish and the entire team that we worked with were top notch professionals. The installers did an exceptional job and the quality of workmanship speaks for itself as we are always complimented on how great the floor looks from everyone who has paid us a visit after the project. Floorscapes was an excellent choice for our recent hardwood floors and tiling project. Bryce spent the time to find out what we had in mind, and take us through the showroom to make our selections. We installed hardwood throughout our entire main floor and kitchen and it could not have turned out better. Floorscapes suggested a matte finish from Lauzon which has worked out excellent for our mid sized dog. The tile installer Albino was meticulous in the installation of the kitchen backsplash and bathroom wall/floor tiling. Our house is over 100 years old and posed a number of unique challenges (bowed walls, slanted ceilings & floors, creaky floors, etc) and each were met with creative solutions from the team at Floorscapes. I would definitely use them again.

Our Interior Design Firm has been collaborating with Floorscapes for the past seven years. We have worked together on Residential Projects, ranging from Bathroom Renovations to New Custom Home Builds, as well as several commercial installations. Their showroom is a great resource for us when we are making material selections. Floorscapes had installed 1 1/2 inch wide solid oak floors in 2008 and we were totally satisfied with all aspects of the work. In 2014, we had extensive water damage in the kitchen and bathroom and we contracted with Floorscapes to replace the oak floors and subfloors in December 2014. Their work was completed exactly in accordance with our schedule and their budget; they perfectly matched the older floor; and there was no damage done to any other finishes. This was extremely important since they were working around custom made, one of a kind, cabinetry. We would recommend Floorscapes for the installation or reinstallation of any solid wood floor.

Floorscapes removed over 900 square feet of tile and sub floor. Then replaced it with new sub floor and stone. They also removed and replaced the hardwood floor - another 400 square feet of area. The trades were awesome. Excellent work and kept there schedule as promised. From the salesman to the site supervisor they paid careful attention to detail and raised the value of our home.

Great job, very professional, quick and clean, accommodating and knowledgeable . Enjoyed our experience with this team. They were the best part of a dire situation as our house had been trashed. They came in, did their part and were out with a high level of quality

Floorscapes were very helpful in helping us find what fits our needs and budget, and the selection in the store was excellent! The guys were very punctual, and knowledgeable - as they paid attention to littlest details which all contributed to the overall finish of the flooring. They even noted some installation mistakes that were done on the previos flooring and they fixed them. I had other renos going on in the house, and they were very flexible in working around that schedule. Thank you so much for making everything so smooth and just wanted to say that we LOVE our new floor!

The flooring project was top notch from the initial phone call, to the estimate to updates on start date. The project was completed on time and at the cost estimate. Cleanup was also amazing. Once completed a follow up call made to me within 72 hours to ensure everything was great. I would not hesitate to hire again or recommend.

Bryce from floorscapes did a finominal job. He met with me and my insurance adjuster at the beginning of getting things going with the replacement of my flooring and was very knowledgeable about the products and how things should be done. I would highly recommend floorscapes to whom ever needs there flooring done.
