INTERNATIONAL WOOD FLOORS was founded in 1987 by Larry Campa, a Pennsylvania native. He moved to SARASOTA 15 years prior to that and worked as an installer for two other local companies. After doing that for a while, he was ready to go out on his own. Feeling compelled to provide his own quality installation services, International Wood Flooring was born. You might be wondering what prompted Larry to work with wood. Well, he has a carpentry background so, he says, "wood floors were just a natural transition." He loves the warmth, richness and timelessness that wood floors add to a home. Wood is also the only renewable floor product. Larry continues to work in the WOOD FLOORING industry because he knows the transforming difference wood will make by adding warmth and value to your home.
