Their crew did a first rate job on first preparing the floor and then installing the hardwood. Our salesman, Joe McCellon, was outstanding throughout the purchase and installation process; he really went the extra mile with customer service! I had installed engineered hardwood in all of the living areas of my house four years ago. I finally decided I couldn't stand the carpet in my master bedroom and wanted to flow the same hardwood in there. I worked with Phil Powell at Landers Premier Flooring who made sure that the same flooring was still available, provided a sample for matching purposes and measured and sent a quote in a very timely manner. The install of the new flooring couldn't have gone any smoother. The team showed up on time and completed the entire project in 6 hours. The feathering in of the new to the old flooring is unnoticeable. I will definitely use Landers and Phil Powell when I decided to re-carpet the 2 other bedrooms.

I have used Landers Premier Flooring to do the carpets in two houses over the years. Both times they have been very easy to work with. I visited the beautiful showroom, picked out a few carpet samples I liked, then took some home to look at them in the space. Landers made some recommendations about the under carpet pad and that turned out to be the best decision ever- it really made a positive difference in how the floors felt under foot. They really are experts in flooring. Once I made my decisions, they ordered the carpets and scheduled installation. There crews were professional and efficient. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Installed new wood flooring and did a great job matching existing flooring. Also had porcelain tile and carpeting installed. All done over a 2 year period. Minor grout cracks in kitchen floor, and they came out within a week to repair at no cost to us. We selected carpeting made with corn fibers, environmentally friendly with long term stain and wear guarantee by major carpet company. There was a large selection of flooring options to choose from.
