N G Floors

We had a great experience with NG Floors on this large, whole-house hardwood floor installation. I was impressed by their responsiveness and conscientiousness. This was a tough job on an older house. What's important is how a contractor deals with the client when unanticipated problems arise. Throughout this project, Nazar and his team worked with us to overcome each obstacle in a way that was fair for both sides. Eugene and his team were very conscientious, working carefully and cleanly, and unilaterally doing helpful things like cleaning up after other subs, organizing materials on the project and leaving the house clean at the end of each day. They went out of their way to ask me questions about what I wanted in a particular situation or explaining why they were going to do something a certain way. Their attention to detail is important and shows a pride in workmanship often lacking with contractors. NG Floors was in the middle of the pack on price compared to other bids that we received, but delivered a superior result and a great value for the cost, especially when considering that we probably would have paid full markup on the subfloor install with another contractor. I can't say enough good things about our experience with them and I look forward to working with them again in the future.
