My husband and I recently had our hardwood floors refinished by Posel Construction. We worked directly with Rich who took the time to visit with us on a few occasions prior to the work being done. He was very helpful in assisting us in finding the best look for our floor, as we had a number of different stained wood features around the house to be conscious of. We were impressed with each of the friendly and professional workers that Posel Construction sent over. The floor color turned out rich and beautiful. Posel also did excellent carpentry work around the fireplace that we were changing out at the same time the floor was being refinished.

We liked Rich Posel's work a lot. He did a great job and we love looking at the floor and walking on it every day. They don't like cancellations because they have to get a lot of heavy equipment ready and the products they put on and the crew. Its a big process, and costly if you cancel.

Posel came highly recommended by a friend. Rich came out personally himself to do the measurements and promptly provided a bid. Unexpected house repairs kept us from scheduling for a while so I called Rich to see if he was willing to still come out to do the work. He agreed, we decided on a timeframe and said he would call me the following day. It's been 2 months and I haven't heard from Posel despite 2 emails and 4 voice messages asking to confirm if they would honor the bid. We're anxious to get something scheduled but now it's back to the square one to get a new bid from another company.
