Since 1965 we have become the largest full-service residential hardwood flooring contractor in Northern Wisconsin, with a staff of more than 40 employees, each carefully selected for their expert knowledge of hardwood flooring and for their passion for doing the job right. We have installed more than 5 million square feet of hardwood floors over the years, but what I’m most proud about is that we treated each job as if we were working on our own homes.

We recently had a hardwood floor placed on our 1st floor.We were so happy with the helpful staff at Ralph's. We were in love with our floor the minute we came home to it.
They have come to our home on 2 occasions, as we had some questions with our floor and weren't sure if this was a normal thing that happens. The floor is exactly how it's suppose to be and we couldn't be more happier. We would highly recommend Ralph's.

It was a pleasure to do business with Ralph's Hardwood Floors from first contact to the end of the project. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. We had our hardwood floors refinished. We were told what to expect during the whole process, so there were no surprises. They took the time we needed to select our stain color and to make sure we were happy with the selection. We were extremely happy with the results. Our floors look fantastic!

I still look at our hardwood floor, many months after installation and go "WOW", should have done this years ago. Our hickory hardwood flooring is beautiful and came in at a very fair price. The sales team was extremely helpful in making our decision and the installation team did a super job. So happy with our decision to go with Ralph's hardwood Flooring.

Very professional and customer oriented. This is the second time I have worked with Ralph's. The first time was with pre-finished flooring in an existing home and the second time was when I built a new home and they finished the wood on site. They assisted me in selecting a wood that would meet my needs. I selected Ash. All 5 of my floors turned out just beautiful!! We initially contracted Ralph's to install our hardwood floors during the construction of our home 14 years ago. We were so impressed with the quality of their work that we had them complete two subsequent flooring projects. The latest involved replacing our carpeted living room with a birch hardwood floor. The results were amazing as the floor is simply beautiful. Additionally, the team at Ralph's was wonderful to work with. They took care of every detail and made it a very easy process. I would definitely recommend Ralph's to anyone considering a hardwood floor project.

Commented: Flooringit is white oak flooring with a custom white stain. We then applied a low sheen finish for protection. These floors can all be customized.

Commented: stair stainThe builder took care of the stain for the stairs. We installed and finished the floors. You might want to look at possibly a Rustoleum Kona. That would be very close to the look in this photo.

Commented: Love, love, love the floors - can you tell me where I can purchase?These are solid. I believe these were 3" wide. If you are concerned about wood movement and you decide not to do engineered, keeping the planks on the narrower side can also help.
