We have served Eastern Iowa since 1976. We have grown into the largest carpet and flooring retailer in eastern Iowa by standing by our work and serving our customers on a personal, one-on-one basis. Over the last 20 years we have grown into one of the most successful flooring businesses in the country. We have in-house designers to help with design decisions. We have some employees who have been with the company over 35 years! We mostly serve Eastern Iowa, but really all of Iowa! We are a premier dealer for Hunter Douglas window fashions, Shaw, Mohawk, Karastan, and Metropalitan Hardwoods! Our Shaw Products include: Anso, Caress, Clearly Chic, ClearTouch, EverTouch, R2X Stain Remover, St. Jude Carpet Cushion, and Tuftex. We have a design center were we can digitally aid you in making design decisions! We are proud to announce the 2017 spring opening of our brand new Cedar Rapids showroom. Located at 280 Blairs Ferry Road NE, this store triples the size of our previous Cedar Rapids location. The installer was awesome. I am kind of disappointed that Randys only sent one installer. It was a huge project and we had a tight schedule to adhere to as we had another contractor that had to work after the install and it kind of pushed him back. We thought a team of installers was gonna come in and we only got one guy! He was awesome though and he worked his butt off! He stayed late into the evenings and when he got overwhelmed he was able to call another guy in, but that was only for a few hours. The quality of the work was great and i have nothing but good things to say about the installer. I am just a little disappointed in Randys in how they kind of left him on an island on his own for such a big project with a short timeline. We thought a team of guys were gonna come in and knock out the project in a couple days and instead this poor guy was stuck working until almost Friday. It put my other contractor on a shorter timeline and that was disappointing.

The guys doing my install were very courteous and knew what they were doing. I really appreciate the fact that they were able to move my pool table. Would recommend Randy's flooring for all flooring projects.

I went to Randy's Carpet looking for a window blind to replace a broken blind in my home. I got immediate service, was shown my options, made a selection, and set up to have it ordered and installed. The installation went quickly and I love the new blind.

Randy’s (Bill Madden) was very helpful finding flooring that most closely matched my existing, 10 year old wood. The installers were amazing. Did an excellent job transitioning from older floor to newer floor and cleaned up after themselves.

Commented: BacksplashHello Jinny - This tile is called bamboo planks in the taupe color. It is a glass tile shown in the 2" x 12" tile size in the pictured backsplash. Hope this helps!
