River City Flooring

We used Juan and his crew from River City Flooring to lay tile on our enclosed porch. They were efficient and did a great job!

I recently had over 2,000 sq feet of hard wood flooring installed by RiverCity Flooring and they did a fantastic job. Kyle oversaw the project from initial estimate to completion. He was in constant contact and very professional. I had multiple bids and RiverCity Flooring came in the lowest. The installation by Juan and his crew was excellent. The project was done on time and they cleaned up after completion - very professional and customer oriented. The project had a few twists, but Juan worked through and resolved all issues to my satisfaction. I am a very detail oriented individual who wants the job to be perfect, on time, and at a fair price. I have nothing but positive comments.

To quote my wife "WOW, we should have done this years ago". Starting with Kyle who is excellent in his knowledge, emphasis on the details, communication, planning, execution, and follow through. Everything in the project went as he had explained to us. The crew that Kyle assigned for our project was incredible. I really like how RCF gives customers a very good way to explore its flooring products. I first saw samples for River City Flooring at the HEB Plus on Blanco and 1604. Loved the wider plank engineered hardwoods. So I took a look at the RCF website – it was very well done and helped me narrow my selection, and learn more about the company. At the showroom I was able to see a good-sized layout of the different hardwoods. Both Jordan and Damon were very helpful both for making a choice (I picked the Coastal Gray engineered hardwood) and for understanding the installation process. Oscar and the installation crew did amazing work: very professional and energetic. The floors are gorgeous, exceeding my expectations!

Craftsmen placed my floor and molding. The expertise is unequaled. I waited two years to find a floor and installation that was quality for the price I was willing to pay.. I would use them over and over and recommend them to all my friends. They leveled my floor, cut around the fieplace and electrical outlets with precision. They matched my moulding for color too. The match between the stone and the wood is outstanding. I am not easily impressed but I am truly impressed.

Professional. High Integrity. Service Minded. Reasonable Pricing. We first explored hiring Atlas Floors for our wood flooring (rip off report galore) and stumbled across River City Flooring instead. We worked with Damon Benedict and he was a really great partner making the planning and install very easy. They really went the extra mile when our house burned down literally the day after the floors were installed (fire had nothing to do with them BTW) and waited 2 months for payment from our insurance company - even though they weren't obligated to wait at all. I will definitely try to use them again when we rebuild. Highly recommended.

We're VERY pleased with River City Flooring - such outstanding, "quality" work, and very professional people. We first discovered them at the Spring and Fall Home & Garden Shows in San Antonio, and for 2-3 years looked at several companies...but kept going back to RCF. Finally - we decided to go with them. Jordan was our sales rep there - super demeanor, very caring, courteous, professional. The floors are superb quality, the team doing the work knew exactly what they were doing and did it so professionally! Straight lines and centered. And their "standard" baseboards and transitions seem a cut above what other flooring businesses use. They wanted NO PAYMENT UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE....and they didn't hassle us about it at all. Very trustworthy team too...we gave them the key to our house so they could come and go as needed....as we had about 2700 sq ft of tile and carpet removed, and replaced with hardwood floors, so we stayed elsewhere until the project was completed. I was a little skeptical at first....but gave them the key - and am here to tell you they are totally trustworthy. These are just a few of the reasons that Dave Ramsey endorses their company. You can't go wrong with RCF !!

Matt & his crew were extremely professional from consultation through installation. They completed the install in one day. The finished product is beautiful as well.

This is an excellent company. The owner is very professional, responsible, and helpful. He answered questions and gave us a quote on the same day he took measurements. No waiting. His prices are very reasonable in comparison to other companies. He does not require a payment until the job is completed. They removed engineered floors and carpets and laid 3,500 sq ft of hardwood in my home. When they were done, we had a beautiful, clean, shiny hardwood floor. I highly recommend this company.
