Review I can’t say enough good things about Marcel and his crew. We recently went through a kitchen renovation and hired Marcel to do the wood flooring for the project. Out of all of the contractors we hired, Marcel was easily the best to work with. From the initial meeting, Marcel was timely and professional, and provided a quote within 24 hours that was extremely reasonable compared to some other quotes we received. When inspecting the project to determine the scope of work, it was clear that Marcel was a true professional and knew exactly what needed to be done for our project. Despite being only a small room on a third floor, walk-up condo, Marcel was just as attentive to our project as I would have expected for an entire whole home flooring project. Some other contractors we contacted wouldn’t even come out based on the small scope of the project. Marcel was extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive throughout the entire process which made scheduling a breeze. He was flexible to work around the other contractors as well as our own work schedules. The quality and craftsmanship of the work his crew did was exceptional. We had previously installed wood floors in our entire condo, but left the kitchen until this recent renovation. Our previous contractor was no longer in business, so we were left searching for a new contractor to finish this last room. We found Marcel through Angi, and he lived up to the challenge of matching the existing floor that was laid down three years ago. Marcel was highly invested throughout the project and made it a priority to ensure we were 100% satisfied with every detail. I cannot be more impressed with Marcel‘s professionalism, quality of work, and attention to the customer throughout this whole process. I am sad that I did not find him sooner for our initial floor project and wish that I had more work to hire him for. Hopefully he does tile work as well, and we can hire him for our future bathroom renovations! 10 out of 10 would recommend Marcel for any flooring project.

Rustic Flooring does amazing work. They did the floors in 2015 in part of our house and they turned out amazing. We loved it so much we had them back in 2019 to replace the rest. Marcel is very knowledgeable and helpful. Reasonably priced and fast. He also we nothing but accommodating when our timeline got pushed back and he had to start a couple weeks later.

Marcel and his crew made our dated floors look brand new... Marcel was highly professional with his communication, timeliness, post-work instructions and cleanliness. I would highly recommend them for any flooring job.

Marcel and his team was great and very professional. I would highly recommend them! He came out quickly to assess my floors and was very knowledgeable of flooring and condo regulations. I had gone through multiple contractors, and he was the best of the bunch. He also went out of his way to go to floor and decor to make sure the few options I gave him would work. He was also very considerate about figuring out ways I could save money. They also worked super fast! I had other contractors tell me that it would take a full week to rip out the floors and install new ones for ~560 sq feet of space, and it only took them a day and a half! It was great working with Marcel, would definitely hire him again!

Very professional, great suggestions. Worked quickly/efficiently with precision. Very competitively priced. Could improve on small things...such as patching corners/dry wall spots that were damaged. Plan ahead if you are the person who needs time to decide on the perfect stain.

Marcel did a great job with a new vinyl floor install at one property. He has also helped us with two hardwood floor refinishes in different properties. He and his team are good about meeting deadlines and excellent with communications.
