My wife spent a lot of time and energy looking into the flooring we would use in our kitchen/dining room and hallway. We wanted a wood flooring, and were told by our general contractor that an engineered floor was the way to go. Most of the engineered wood flooring we were seeing, however, just didn't look that good. Until we came across the wood flooring from Signature Innovations. Wow! We wanted a floor that had character and didn't look "new". Well, Signature Innovations sure delivered. Louise and Tom were easy to work with and met our expectations in a timely fashion. French Oak is beautiful! We highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

My husband and I hired Signature Innovations, LLC to replace the floor in our downtown Chicago condo. Tom was instrumental in helping us achieve the look we wanted - completing multiple finish samples, recommending the perfect wood species, and helping us select the appropriate width of the boards. His team demonstrated professionalism at all times and Tom's attitude that the customer comes first was apparent throughout the process. The finished product (7 inch oak flooring, laid diagonally) is beautiful. Tom and his team were the ultimate professionals. We recommend him to everyone that comes into our home.

I found Signature Innovations by searching for rustic hardwood flooring for a house that I had bought and was remodeling. After seeing multiple pictures from various sites on the internet I found that most all the floors I was interested in came from Signature Innovations. So I contacted them regarding what floor I was interested in. Maria was very prompt to reply to my email. I then called with some questions and spoke with Tom. Everyone was unbelievably nice and helpful. I was so impressed I flew to Chicago to see their showroom...Amazing!!!! The entire showroom was mine to browse and they were constantly taking notes as to what my preferences were. Tom took time to teach me about the quality of the fabrication of his flooring. He also showed me the floors being prepared in their warehouse. Unmatched attention to detail from the fabrication of the flooring to actual packing and shipping of the floor. Tom then worked directly with my installer to insure proper installation. Signature Innovations leaves nothing to chance. The entire process was a joy. I feel very blessed to have found Signature Innovations. Highly recommend anyone looking for quality hardwood flooring to contact Signature Innovations. Tom and his team installed custom French Oak Bronze flooring in our remodel of main floor. The flooring is absolutely gorgeous and we love it!! They were very easy to work with. We would recommend to everyone.

Signature was everything we had hoped for. They were thorough, attentive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Knowing what I know about them now, having completed a large new construction, we would without hesitation have them do our flooring again. It enhances our new home significantly and we consistently receive comments on its beauty. Tom and Louise were spectacular! Once installed there was a little tweaking and they gladly returned to make minor adjustments. Love to work with people that take genuine pride in their work.

From Start to Finish this company was top notch from the service received, their hands on personal attention, and our floors are absolutely amazing.

We live in Utah and found Signature Innovations online. Their pictures of flooring online are the best available when it comes to wood flooring. We actually saw the flooring at their showroom before purchasing. It is now installed and is it looks exactly like we anticipated. It is pricey, but it is also a beautiful look. Our opinion at the time was that this would add significantly to our home and we aren't disappointed. The upkeep so far has been minimal and it always looks good. Our flooring is on the dark side and it doesn't track much (or seldom) with shoes on. We receive many compliments! Tom and Louise were great to work with and we appreciated their professionalism and help with our home.

If I could I'd give 10 stars. Tom Koczur is a true pleasure to work with. He designed our wood floors last year.. his crew installed them. Everyone very professional. In the past year, with children and dogs, there have been a few mishaps. Tom, personally has come to do the repairs. He performs magic! One would never know anything had happened. Amazing!

We renovated our house and had the pleasure of working with Signature Innovations for a custom wood floor installation on the entire first floor and re-finishing our staircase. The floor was the most important aspect of our project and we took a long time in selecting the flooring expert for our project. Signature Innovations proved to be an excellent choice. Tom Koczur, the owner, remained very engaged throughout the process and takes pride in getting the best results. His advice on all matters was spot on, and was based on what we needed instead of just trying to make a sale (hard to find these days!). The material Tom uses is a very high quality imported wood (we chose French oak). The craftsmen at Tom’s establishment are true professionals and share Tom’s passion to produce exquisite floors with every single wood floor panel hand scraped and customized with attention to detail that shows. Louise in the front office was very helpful in the process. They also coordinated very well with the design firm that was remodeling our house (we noted that multiple prestigious remodeling designers in Chicago area have Signature Innovations floor in their showroom). The floor turned out to be amazing and transformative! We are extremely satisfied with the service and results and expect to use Signature Innovations for all future flooring needs.
