This is the 2nd time I've worked with Texas Flooring Professionals due to their quality of work. The first time I used them for tile installation for my guest bathroom and the job was completed 2 days later after my request. This time around I requested their help again after a major bathroom remodeling for my master bathroom and the job was finished within three days. The tile work is done beautifully and I'm very satisfied with the end result. I saw their contractor leveling everything out to make sure all the tiles are leveled correctly and he paid attention to every little details to make sure things are done correctly. The price is cheaper than other companies that I've received quotes from as well. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

Company didn't prepare subfloor on 2nd floor and we have terrible creaking. Hollow spots all over first floor. I videos if you like to see. Owner didn't uphold warranty total joke. Might want to slip this one.

Comment from Texas Flooring Professionals:

As explained to this customer in person and in court, we do not repair foundation issues. This customer also declined floor prep which we recommended, because she did not want to pay for that extra service. After the job was done, per her requests, she was unfortunately unhappy about that. After several attempts by us to fix her situation due to her deliberate decisions she then decided not to pay her bill at all. Things took an awful turn and the court then ruled her to make payment after all evidence between both parties was shown. She now continues to harass our company, and staff. Please beware of this customer. Although the floors look great she is complaining about foundation issues with her home.

Christian patiently addressed all of my needs for replacement and new floors. His team completed the work beautifully with very little waste. They are true experts with the lowest prices around. This was my second time using them and I would not hesitate to use them again. I also often recommend them to friends and coworkers.
