Weber Flooring Joe's Carpet

I love the products they sell, but the install was awful. I had wood floors Installed about 80% of my house. The flooring has gaps and many short pieces that the ends are side by side. Have tried to talk to them about it and have gotten no where.

Randy, our sales person was great to work with and the installation people were courteous and accommodating (even double checking the tile grout was the correct color because what we picked did not go with the tile. They also did a good job getting the oversized tile level so there was no cracking or unevenness. The only reason they got 4:5 stars is it seemed they were rushing at the end and we have some uneven grout (too little in some grooves, spilling over the groove onto the tile in a couple of other spots). We did take advantage of their zero percent financing offer so monthly payments are easy and affordable. We would use them again, just ensure the final grouting wasn't rushed like our floor install.

Tasha is great to work with. She really knows how to find a quality product in your price range. She also is great at finding a color that works with your decor.
