I've just ordered my floors through Wud. I took a long time to make my decision and plenty of samples. They helped to guide me and never made me feel as if I were being difficult. I've received much needed guidance on installation. I am really happy with the service I've received and look forward to the end product!

Bad Experience. I spent almost $5000 to get my floors redone. They sent me 3 revised quotes, eventually going well over budget. Project was already under tight time restraints. Then on the day of the installation, the wood was "Not Available". So opted for a refund. Stay away.

We sincerely apologized to the customer. A mistake had been made and we tried to make it right. The customer came in and I quoted him on the quantities he believed he needed. Upon confirmation he placed a deposit and we informed him we would need to do a site measure to finalize the quote. When we measured we realized he needed more materials. Before adding this to his invoice we quoted it first for his approval. We arranged delivery and installation. Everything was ready until the supplier had an issue with the inventory the day we were picking up and delivering (prior to installation date). We spoke to the supplier and were able to offer the customer a higher quality laminate in the same colour at the same lower price. However, the customer became irate and did not want to hear the solution. Instead we respected the customer's decision and gave him a full refund.
