“I stopped at Woodstock Flooring & Design Center, while shopping for flooring, and during my visit, I noticed the Cambria Quartz Countertop display & brought my husband along for the next visit. Mindy Ponta worked on our project with us, from start to finish, and was absolutely wonderful. My husband provided a layout of our kitchen, including countertop measurements, and at our first visit, she provided a "rough estimate" of our projected cost, which was very close to the actual cost. We made our selection, and she finalized the project details - from arranging actual measurements, to sink questions, to edging, backsplash height, etc. Our primary mode of correspondence was via email (although I called a few times as well), and Mindy promptly responded to every question. Once our countertop arrived, she quickly made arrangements for installation. The installers did a fantastic job & our countertops look amazing! Mindy managed all of the details, making this a very smooth & pleasant project for us. We highly recommend Woodstock Flooring & Design Center and Mindy, and hope that we can work with them in the future for our flooring needs. Excellent!!!”

“Aaron did a wonderful job on our 40-year-old oak parquet, which covered all three floors of our home. The job took a bit longer than we expected, but the finished results were worth the wait. “We have been working with Kelly at Floorology on a bathroom remodel. She has been helpful, but has not hurried us and has not been pushy. We have a hard time making decisions and she has been patient with us! The 3-D renderings they can create are quite helpful in visualizing how the finished room will look. “Our floor is just what we wanted. They came in and sanded the floor to the bare wood, they use a dust containment so there is really no dust. They then gave us two choices of colors because we wanted it lighter. The floor that was there turned out to be white oak and the stain color Karl and Brandon applied was a lighter color and turned out beautiful . They started the job on Tuesday and finished by Thursday, we had our dining room furnishings back in by Sunday evening. We would recommend Karls Wood Floors to anyone. Thank you Karl and Brandon.”

We were so impressed with the quality of their work that we had them complete two subsequent flooring projects. The latest involved replacing our carpeted living room with a birch hardwood floor. The results were amazing as the floor is simply beautiful. Additionally, the team at Ralph's was wonderful to work with. They took care of every detail and made it a very easy process. “We hired Dave and Sons of the Carpenter to refinish some existing hickory hardwood flooring and also extend the flooring into an adjoining room that was carpeted. Dave was able to perfectly match the random width hickory boards and then stained both rooms to match. Once we saw how good the floor looked we decided to also have them replace our carpeted stairs with matching solid hickory steps and risers. This is the first thing you see when you enter the house and they look FANTASTIC! Dave finished on time, cleaned up, and was on budget!”
