“MS Construction refinished our floors on second level- we wanted to keep the original wide plank pine floor- and did a wonderful job maintaining the integrity of the space while making it all new for us! On first floor we had white oak installed by them, and since we wanted something special for stain, Mike came up with an iron acetate idea that truly accomplished what we wanted in terms of looks and 'out of the ordinary' feel. With all the professional suggestions and the quality of the work MS Construction provided, we realized they are one of those rare companies that care about their customers more than the money! I would (and actually did) recommend them with all my heart!”

“After considerable research, I had the Atroguard Sunkissed Acre installed throughout my home. I loved the color variation and the look of repurposed wood. I have two indoor dogs and have been very pleased with the durability. It is very easy to clean. “We love our Metroflor luxury vinyl planks .Our home is elevated and on the water plus we have two large indoor labs. I needed something that could handle the wear and tear and be able to move with the house if it settled much during the seasons. LVP was not on our radar at first but we were introduced to them and took the chance. They are perfect for our location and lifestyle. The planks were installed by a local flooring company through out the house except the bathrooms when we first moved in. We extended the same planks into the bathrooms when they were updated. The flooring is easy to install and could be a DIY project even for those who are not experienced DIYers. The flooring has held up great in the 3 years we have had it and I recommend it to everyone.”

“In January 2012, we had our carpeting taken up and hardwood floors installed throughout our house. While this was a very challenging remodeling job for us to continue to live in the house during this job, it was handled very professionally, and was completed within the 3 day period of time. The installers were very careful moving the furniture around and cleaned up after themselves every day. The floors are absolutely beautiful and I wish I had done this sooner.”

“We purchased approximately 1200 sq. feet of Wide Plank flooring 8", along with the Tavern Wood Stain. This was our first wood floor project and we did this with the help of Art from Vintage Pine Flooring, Art explained each of the steps that we needed to do. We distressed the floors ourselves and we have to say it was fairly easy , the floors look fantastic and we have included photos. The quality of the wood is outstanding, having this shipped to Maryland was very easy, we will purchase more in the future. p.s. - the date on the photos is wrong, we did this project February, 2014. “We absolutely LOVE our hardwood floors that were installed in our kitchen. We had a leak that caused damage to the original vinyl and they came in and took care of everything. Matched it with our existing hardwoods, moved furniture/appliances and had a great attention to detail. Very nice guys who you feel comfortable having in your home and were extremely responsive to any questions and always showed up when the said they would as the job was progressing.
