“Curt installed 1200 sq ft of bamboo in our condo back around 2004, and about 1300 sq ft of commercial grade laminate flooring in our house basement in 2008 (both over a concrete subfloor). He also came back to do a little fix for us this year (2014) for water damage. He is professional, neat, and does great work. Highly recommended!”

“We had an outstanding experience with Bryan at Premier Carpet. The quality of the product is excellent, the pricing is competitive, and there is a wide range of choice to fit various budgets. But most of all, we really appreciated Bryan's patience, knowledge and guidance, since this process can be overwhelming due to the breadth of choices. He was very helpful in presenting options that would fit our needs and budget and allowed us time and space to consider various options. It was a very comfortable, unrushed and low-stress browsing and shopping experience. The hardwood section is extensive, and he was flexible with proposed installation dates. On the day of our visit, we saw many people come into the store, and even the things we overheard him talking about with other people were helpful to us in helping make our selections. “We had Alpine come out to refinish our hardwood floors in our master bathroom. They did a beautiful job. After 2 years though we did have an issue with the finish. Mike sent his team back out to refinish them again at no charge! Apparently there may have been a quality issue with that finish batch used. Mike did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied. Great to see a company stand by their work!”
