“Vermont Plank provided absolutely beautiful flooring for our New Hampshire vacation home. They recommended the perfect species to use, provided samples of couple different species to be sure we chose a great floor, and even increased the width of our planks to 7" from 5" for the same price because their internal stock was available. I highly recommend working with them. It's pricier than your choices at the basic home renovation stores, but well worth it for the long-lasting beauty. Plus, if you're local to New England, you're supporting a local business - an important factor for my family.”

“Had A LOT of damage on hardwood floors after just moving in. Nails and staples sticking out of the floor as well as black paper substance that seemed to be glued down and had bled into the wood in some areas. There were sections where it had been cut out and Oleg replaced the missing sections with matching wood, removed all the nails and staples, sanded past the staining, filled minor holes, and managed to save a floor I thought I would have to cover up. Refinished a few thresholds for me as well which really helped the house flow from room to room, something I hadn't even thought of until he suggested it, for no extra cost. Also moved a lot of my own renovation equipment I had left in the way and stacked it neatly in an accessible location. Very reasonably priced and actually finished 2 days before his projected time table. Have and will continue to recommend him to everyone that needs work done and plan on having him back myself to do some LVP in other rooms in the house.”

“Found a floor product made for unheated cottages and was able to order through Martin's. It is a highly rated product, and they are the only ones to offer it in the area. We didn't have them install, though they could have, because we have our own regular handyman who had already agreed to lay the flooring. So my rating is just for their showroom and very helpful, informed salesperson, along with the expedient service when the tiles arrived. Very happy dealing with them and would again.”

“I worked with Mark and Traditional Wood Floors for my recent home renovation. I did a massive renovation and brought everything down to the studs and rebuilt. Mark helped me with my wood floors throughout a three story 2,800 sq ft home. I explained I wanted a more unique look with the hand scraped wood floors and Mark was able to provide me with many options and help me choose colors and type of wood. I found Mark to be extremely knowledgable and guided me towards what would be best for my growing family's lifestyle. Mark also helped us stay on budget and was able to work with me to re-coup money after the project was completed by helping me sell any leftover product! I'm thrilled with how my floors turned out and have to say that Mark was one of the most polite, easy to work with sub-contractors that I worked its throughout my entire renovation! I've added a few pics from the slightly unfinished project...I'll add a few more focusing in the floors shortly.”
