Professional Flooring Installations LLC
Flooring Companies & Installers in Pierce County

“Kelly of Professional Flooring Installation LLC, in a word, AMAZING! We had the perfect time table laid out until we hit a serious snag in our escrow. Our escrow closing was forced two days late, due to a national hacking scenario, and we were in a time crunch and PFI came through like champs. We called Kelly and she told us she could perform a one day miracle. From measurements to order to pick up to delivery to complete installation in one day!!!!! PFI worked wonders for us - they did a beautiful job - and did it for a reasonable price. We have already recommended their services to or any of your home flooring projects.”

“Our project isn't even finished yet, but I wanted to give a huge shoutout to David's Flooring! From the first contact, David has been a dream to work with. Over the past 30+ years we have contacted, got estimates and hired many different contractors for all kinds of projects both large and small, from indoor and outdoor painting, fencing, complete kitchen and bathroom refresh to decking and landscaping. Some experiences were better than others. David was prompt to reply from the first contact with fantastic communication and customer service at every point. The project started on time and is on schedule to finish on time. We wanted to replace the old carpet and laminate in our basement with heated LVP flooring. After contacting a couple other well known businesses who told us they couldn't do the required prep work and could only install the flooring, we asked David who said "sure!" After finding and reading his glowing Google and Yelp reviews, I noted that others said that David did more extensive work for them, so I asked about removing the base cabinets from our home office then reinstalling them so the new flooring will be under the cabinets and repainting the walls too. Again, it was no problem! He suggested replacing all the old baseboards as well, so we are adding that finishing touch. I much appreciate not having to find, hire and schedule several different contractors to have a completed project! He and his crew are punctual and respectful of our time and property. They are quiet and clean up after each days work. They are also great craftsman with attention to detail and great problem solvers. I would highly recommend David's Flooring of Seattle and will definitely contact him again for future projects! I'll add photos when the project is complete in just a few days.”

“I purchased floating cork plank flooring from Icork Floors and I am very happy with the product. I have had cork floors in the past - some good and some not so good, so I was very particular about the quality of product and the finish. Anne and Stephanie were both so patient and knowledgeable as I called many times to ask questions. The pattern I bought called Salami is beautiful. I wanted something with both light and dark that would age well and not show dirt. I was amazed at how beautiful each plank was as I inspected them when I took them out of the box. I was worried that the pattern might be busy but it blends beautifully, looks rich with an organic feel to it. It is warm and comfortable to walk on and is not cold. We did apply extra finish as recommended as part of the floor is in our kitchen. The finish has a subtle luster to it and as I read somewhere by another reviewer, an almost velvet like finish. The floor is pretty easy to maintain. We do have a new Shark vacuum with a special microfiber cloth attachment on the wand which works nifty for cork or wood floors. The folks at Icork and their sister company Cancork really know cork and take pride in what they do.”

“I installed 1300 sf of engineered Acacia hardwood. Tami was extremely knowledgeable about the available products, performance and installation. We are tickled over our results and the upgrade to our home. I have purchased flooring before at Lumber Liquidators but won't make that mistake again. We saved money and time going to simple floors. I would highly recommend anyone to this company.”

“I can totally recommend this company. They were able to make my custom kitchen floor with giant purple leaves in Armstrong Linoleum. The photos are here on Houzz. The actual install went even went much faster than I expected! Thanks LeBlanc Floors!”

“Alex and his team did a great job, kudos to Silvio who worked hard taking out an extra layer of flooring so it’s leveled to our living room. He also made sure theres no creaks through out the house. Zina and Deanna listened and worked patiently with me. I would definitely recommend Tacoma Floors to my friends and family.”
Floor Decorators Carpet One

“I love Floor Decorators! As a local real estate listing agent, I come across homes all the time that can benefit from updated flooring in order to get the highest return on investment for my sellers. The team at Floor Decorators Carpet One is fast, friendly, and hard working. They show up on time and do a GREAT job. None of my sellers (or their buyers!) have ever had any complaints! New carpet can help a home sell for more money in less time. I tell my sellers, "Call JOSH LEDBETTER and tell them Kathy Olsen sent you and he knows what I want." Josh helps the clients pick carpets that are on trend and well priced. He has NEVER tried to upsell my clients just to make a fast buck. They have more than just carpets, too! Laminate, wood floor, tile...you name it, they've got it. This company is on my speed dial for when my clients need fast, reliable service.”
LUKS Construction LLC
Flooring Companies & Installers in Pierce County
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsJuly 26, 2018
“Our floors in an old 1940's farmhouse were in bad shape, with rotting sub floors under contractor grade carpet that have seen their fair share of pet and kid damage. Our main living area got to the point where there were places where the carpet was literally the only thing supporting our weight over the crawlspace, so it was time to change the carpets out. Andrew was professional and responded promptly to communications before and after confirming the contract, and always seemed happy to respond to inquiries and adjusting the contract to match what we wanted, and the price was reasonable for our budget. He also recommended a supplier of flooring with a showroom in Everett that has a wide selection of flooring that the big box stores simply don't carry. The crew arrived on time on the agreed upon date, and worked efficiently to demolish, remove, and haul away the old carpets, and both install sub floors with new 3/4" ply, and add the hardwood on top. That floor isn't going to budge. We're happy with the end result, and hope to hire LUKS again when we can afford installing matching hardwood through the rest of the house.”
