“Ray is an amazing builder & designer. I have renovated over 20 homes (I buy and hire the subcontractors) and needed someone to renovate two homes in Roanoke. A friend had used Ray for an entire house in Roanoke, and then used him again on a home in Trophy Club and finally on her home in Southlake. We tested Ray on the first house in Roanoke, and quickly hired him to do the second renovation (also in Roanoke) but included design work for the master bathroom. He is OUTSTANDING. He also repaired water damaged floors in the entry and matched them perfectly to the large open floorplan. He most recently has traveled to Waco for us -- on 12 units for Baylor students. Replacing exterior staircases, building a fence, painting entire 4 bedroom units and much more. Next up will the white oak, museum finish floors on our home in Southlake. I will add: He is very process oriented, and his teams can pull up job information with detailed specs. There is no miscommunication, we forgot or missed a step in his bid to his completion.”

“Felipe and Olga (dba Crescer Designs, LLC) became my contractors by default. I had tried several other contractors only to find for one reason or another they were unable or unwilling to take the job. That was the best thing that ever happened to me. They were very knowledgeable and paid great attention to detail. The plan they came up with for the space was genius. I couldn’t re-imagine the space though I had tried for years. They had a plan within days of evaluating things. Their plan improved traffic flows in the area and flawlessly incorporated another major renovation that we’d done 5 years prior. The job encompassed 1000 square feet of living space. It included a formal living room, a den and kitchen. The house was built in the 60’s. All these spaces were somewhat compartmentalized and had all the issues you find in a house built in that era. This greatly limited the functionality for everyday living as well as entertaining. The living room was rarely used as it was shut off from the other spaces. The kitchen was not functioning properly as the original design was no longer working and there was not enough storage. All those problems were addressed with their initial plan. They assessed the issues and made sure they were all addressed. The most amazing thing was the beautiful spice cabinet they built. I have a large number of spices and they were all over the place. I could spend 30 minutes looking for a spice. I now have all my spices organized in one place. That alone saves me a ton of time. They built beautiful cabinets for additional pantry space and a large peninsula that gives me a ton of workspace as well as eating space. There were other changes in addition to the kitchen. The fireplace in the den was redone to allow a TV above it, which gave the room one focal point. Olga selected the most beautiful granite for the fireplace. The entire area now has consistent hard wood flooring. We have new windows, new doors, added insulation all of which have improved energy efficiency. Felipe made recommendations in these areas when he deemed them beneficial. I cannot say enough about how great things turned out. It took a little longer than we expected but was well worth the wait. I have been functioning in the space for a couple of months and have found it to be extremely efficient. The paint colors, lighting, quartz and kitchen hardware that Olga picked out are superb and fit perfectly with my style.
