“We hired J.P. Hoffman for a major renovation of our first floor, including the kitchen, dining room, mud room and cosmetic enhancements to our family room and we had a great experience. From start to finish, the project was handled with professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail. Having never been through this process before, both Jason and Meg walked us through the steps leading up to demo with such patience and care so that we were truly prepared for what was to come. Jason took our vison and created a very well thought out plan for the new space, using our feedback to modify it until it was perfect. We were provided with a very clear timeline for and expectations of when we needed to have selections made by in order to keep everything on track, as well as plenty of guidance around making all of our selections to keep us within budget. I am still amazed at the efficiency of the subcontractor scheduling; there were very few days during the project when no one was working on the house (and many days when multiple subcontractors were working at the same time). Jason and Meg took what seemed to be a very overwhelming process and made it totally smooth and easy. We are eternally grateful to them and love our new spaces!”

“I recently completed a bathroom remodel, opting out of a tub. The project included new floor tiles, a vanity, and all new bathroom fixtures! Although my bathroom is on the smaller side, the team at Quinlan and Company treated my project with the same importance as any larger undertaking. I cannot praise the entire Quinlan and Company team enough! I am extremely pleased with my bathroom remodel and the dedication of everyone involved. From the initial consultation with owner Dan, who communicated clearly and prioritized customer satisfaction, to store manager Kevin, who helped me select the vanity, fixtures, and countertop with remarkable patience, even accommodating last-minute changes. Both Kevin and Eileen were transparent and straightforward, providing detailed invoices and responsive communication regarding charges—there were no hidden fees. Additionally, the service teams responsible for removing and replacing the tiles and grout, as well as installing the vanity, were all skilled and courteous. Each team member demonstrated professionalism, high craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail, maintaining cleanliness throughout the project. It was a pleasure and a joy to welcome each of them into my home. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied with the remodel and the team's commitment to excellence. I look forward to my bathroom being finalized when the plumber installs the rest of the fixtures, and the countertop has been installed. So far, it's been very exciting! “I recently hired US Work building and remodeling and I could not be more pleased with the results. They painted the entire interior from a dark wood to a bright, clean white. The worn and scuffed floors were refinished to a beautiful sand washed white. A vintage kitchen was updated with new paint and lighting as well as a dishwasher and sink. All exterior and interior lighting was upgraded. Everything was done with professionalism and care. Carlos worked within my budget and finished on time. His team is very nice and respectful. Highly recommend!”
