Jessie helped us achieve our desires by patiently and tirelessly assisting us throughout the process. She utilized her preferred installers that are all true craftsmen. Jessie and all of her recommendations stood behind their products and workmanship. We appreciated and enjoyed the numerous “field trips” that she arranged to explore and consider potential materials. Jessie stayed with us throughout the process and was extremely hands-on. She is a great listener with a calm demeanor. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end-result.
