“My wife and I wanted to leave a review on our experience about how much we enjoyed working with Tony and Jen from Pinnacle Flooring and Installation. When my wife and I decided that we wanted to get new flooring, we chose to have three or four different companies come out to give us quotes. Most of the people who came out to give us quotes were extremely pushy and tried to press us to make finalized decisions on the spot. When Tony and Jen came out to give us a quote, we immediately recognized their attention to detail and also their desire to have a completely satisfied customer. It didn't take us long at all to say that we needed to go with them. We took quite some time to make a choice on the Luxury Vinyl plank that we eventually chose, however the carpet was a little bit of an easier choice. Tony and Jen were extremely helpful with product information and recommendations, further, they were incredibly patient with us as we took our time in selecting exactly which plank we wanted. For the record (as it was extremely challenging for us to find pictures online), we chose Mohawk Franklin Joplin Luxury Vinyl Plank. When it came time to install the flooring, Tony kept me updated every single step of the way letting me know about different challenges that may have arose, asking me about how we thought the product looked as installation went alone, asking if I had any questions, and additionally taking extreme care to install the product. The installation looks amazing. Now that the install is done, we noticed a couple of things that we had questions on and Tony answered all of our questions with thorough detail and wanted to be certain that we were happy with our purchase. I have to say that the amount of pride that Pinnacle takes in their work is incredible. They don't just want to do the job, they want everything literally perfect. To note: My wife and I are ecstatic about the flooring. We know for a fact that we went with the right company to do our flooring and would absolutely recommend Pinnacle Flooring and Installation to do any flooring project you may have. You will not be disappointed with the quality of work.”

“We went into Floors To Your Home looking for new flooring for our kitchen. We went to both the Noblesville and Lafayette Road locations and the staff at both locations were extremely knowledgeable of their products and provided recommendations without being pushy. After visiting other flooring stores to compare quotes and products, we couldn’t find a better product for the price. We were able to put in our flooring under budget! We will be coming back to check out backsplash options!”

“We have been using Floor Crafters for the past seven years for our flooring material and installation needs. The Floor Crafters team feels like an extension of our own and they make working with them as simple as possible. Their team knows their products, they make strategic recommendations, their installers do quality work, they respond quickly to phone calls and emails, they are professional, they make our jobs easier. If anyone asked us if we recommend Floor Crafters, our response without hesitation would be “absolutely.” As a General Contractor we are very fortunate to be able to work with such a high quality subcontractor for our flooring needs and we rely on them consistently. “Custom Floors installed porcelain tile in our 150 sq. ft. 3-season sunroom. Sales Associate Scott Gray was very knowledgeable and took the time to share the details of the product and process with us, since we were very interested in both. The timeline for ordering and scheduling installation worked out as Scott said it would. The installers were on time, worked very efficiently, laid the tiles exactly per the schematic we provided to Scott, and cleaned up nicely when finished. The only issue we had through the whole relationship was with the pricing as shown on the shelf vs. how the pricing actually works. The shelf price was listed as "$10.25/sq. ft. installed," which included thinset, grout and labor. We were impressed that the price was not for the tile alone, as is the case at most places. This, we thought, made it easy to estimate the cost of the project: 150 sq. ft. x $10.25/sq. ft. When we got the quote on the project, the cost was 30% more than our estimate. This was because it would take 30% more tile to cover our 150 sq. foot room due to scrap, breakage, and the need to buy whole boxes. And we would be paying the "installed" price for these extra tiles that would not actually be "installed." Once this was explained, we understood, and the overall cost of the project seemed in line with other places. But the shelf pricing was both very misleading, and actually not at all helpful except to compare one tile against another. That said, now that we know how the pricing works, we would use Custom Floors again. We advised them to clarify this up front for future prospective customers because it left a bad first impression with us.”
