“Literally, the hardest part of the project was finding the correct contractor. After several no shows, no return calls/visits, and lack of overall professionalism, we met with Beshoy Yousef, owner of Parthy Construction. He came out for a lengthy site visit, listened to our ideas, took notes and pictures, and provided us with a detailed estimate, which we accepted after a couple of back and forth line item discussions. Beshoy assisted in securing for us an architect and helped with a needed zoning variance. We broke ground in June 2025 on an 18’x20’ additional bedroom. Start to finish was a little over three months. They handled all the permitting and inspections. Our main project manager, Mina, was excellent, as was his sidekick Mark. He kept us posted as to what the current and next activities were, and worked with us on a plethora of decisions which needed to be made every week. He offered numerous ideas along the way which we hadn’t thought of. Michele (the lady that holds everything together in the office) was great at getting the invoices out on time. All subcontractors were timely, professional, reasonably clean (construction is rarely “clean”), and did excellent work. All the work was done while we continued to live in the house. We did re-home the cat and bird for several weeks during the worst of it. The finished product exceeded our expectations and wows our friends. From the outside, the in-line addition’s concrete block walls, windows, roofing, soffits and fascia, paint, all give the look that it’s always been part of the house. There were a number of necessary items outside the contract which we had to purchase out of pocket. While they kept completely within their budget, the non-contract items (specific windows, doors, paint, flooring, trim, etc) ran us an additional 15%-20%. Are we happy with their finished product? Absolutely. Would we use them again? Absolutely. Do we recommend them? Absolutely!”

The kitchen cabinets are wonderful. Our small kitchen now has plenty of new cabinet space with plenty of bright sparkly counter tops. The bathrooms are remodeled with new vanities, faucets and toilets. Terry and his team bent over backwards to give us everything we asked for, including increasing the size of our laundry room and creating a whole new room from dead wall space. They did everything; the floor and kitchen tile work, drywall installation, door installation, cabinet installation, all of the plumbing, toilets, sinks and faucets. They even helped us move furniture and appliances. The crew is outstanding!”
