“Two separate bathroom issues over 1-2 year period. One was a drainage issue. Tile floor reinstallation was expertly done. The second issue concerned bathroom mold and poor ventilation. Mold was cleaned up and proper materials for vapor control and ventilation installed. The crew were honest, fair and friendly. They are highly recommended”

“This review is LONG overdue. Nick and his team are amazing. Working on old buildings downtown Boston is tricky and they navigated through all the hurdles and surprises without missing a beat. The quality of work top notch. Spot on in terms of budget and timeline. Nick kept a constant line of communications flowing so we were informed at every step. He also collaborated / coordinated with other trades on the project. Just amazing. Nick will be the first person I go to for any renovation work in the future. Project: Kitchen remodel, bathroom update, painting, and coordinated work on built in wardrobe, central AC, electrical and flooring.”

“DM Painting and Carpentry has done a great job with work in our recently purchased condo. The kitchen cabinets were painted and crown molding was added for a wonderful finished look. We had a trash compactor removed from the kitchen. Dennis did a nice job completing the cabinet work were the trash compactor existed. We had 3 large wardrobe/storage closets removed. The previous owners had installed the closets/storage cabinets in bedrooms then had hardwood flooring installed around the closet cabinets. The closets were removed and the unfinished areas of the flooring were completed. Dennis found the exact hardwood flooring used and did very professional carpentry work to make the floors look amazing. Everything looks great and we are very happy with time timeline of the compeletion of all the work.”
