For the remodeling of our house, we needed hardwood floor installed in all rooms. Rose is a perfectionist with a deep knowledge about flooring processes. She was always available to listen to our needs, guide us through the various steps of the process, and provide the best possible result for our floor without promising something she would not deliver. She also showed a great ability to work under a tight schedule involving other trades. The result a gorgeous Walnut Rustic floor with a light honey finish that gives it this warm look we initially wanted. Then, a few month later, when we had a water damage in our condo, we naturally called Fall Design to do the work and replace the floor. Again, meticulous work combined with very good pricing. We've been having a lot of comments from everyone who comes over to our house on how great our floors look. And every time we do refer Fall Design !”
