“A friend recommended this firm. They are largely a one-stop shop. The store has displays and samples. The owner will sat down with me, visited the site and create a drawing of the bathroom (or kitchen). The projects budget was reviewed and a contract drawn up. Then I worked with a designer and picked out tile, accent tile, cabinet and countertop material. I found out that choosing an item in a showroom does not mean it is available. Also, I found out that just because everything "looks good" doesn't mean it is. My husband is better a checking details and its a good thing, I didn't even notice the medicine cabinet couldn't open because the faucet was blocking it. The workers were very laid back about such problems, probably because they could fix them. (The cabinet was quickly adjusted). So PAY ATTENTION and don't be afraid to point out a problem- it took awhile but everything is perfect. I will say that the project started in the last days of October and the final details were just fixed up in January. The bathroom was basically ready in the six weeks that they estimated.”
