Castillo was honest and straightforward about making us aware that until they pulled all the boards back and started the repair that they couldn't confirm the amount of rot and damage, so the quote could change. Once we signed the contract for the work they promptly got the work underway. The workers were extremely courteous. They took great care to cover and protect the furnishings.
