From the initial consultation, through installation day, Cid was generous with his time, thorough, answered all my questions, and provided insight and education about flooring. No matter how many questions I had, he was patient and thorough, and never made me feel rushed. I was especially impressed with the different options he provided for my particular flooring problem- a true sign of an expert in the field, and someone who wants to do what is ‘right,’ and not what is easiest, going above and beyond to make the customer happy. I say this from experience, as I had a large, well-established, St. Louis-owned flooring company (that is “all about town”) install wood flooring in 3 rooms before I called Cid to install flooring in a 4th room. Hands-down Cid’s team paid far greater attention to detail and genuinely cared more about the quality of work. Cid’s installer (Igor, a hard worker, with impeccable attention to detail) took the extra time and effort to expertly match sizes of the wood pieces, so there was minimal gap between pieces of flooring. The other company was downright sloppy and not worth the money. Cid does it and does it right!”
