    “Curt installed 1200 sq ft of bamboo in our condo back around 2004, and about 1300 sq ft of commercial grade laminate flooring in our house basement in 2008 (both over a concrete subfloor). He also came back to do a little fix for us this year (2014) for water damage. He is professional, neat, and does great work. Highly recommended!”

    “Top notch! Burroughs Hardwoods is an outstanding company to work with! We bought a home that needed complete remodeling and renovations. The first thing to go was all of the old carpets. We decided to replace all of our floors with hardwood flooring. We always try to give local businesses work when we can, so we decided to give Burroughs Hardwoods a shot. We had a wonderful experience from the minute we walked in the store until our floors were installed. It is a small family owned and operated business so we got to work with the owners first hand. They were very knowledgeable on all of the products (this was extremely helpful because I knew nothing going into this!) They were patient with me as a had to consider every color/type of floor in the store to ensure that I was picking the right one (I'm very indecisive). We were able to bring samples home with us to think about and there was no pressure to have to make our decision right away. We had to replace all of the floors downstairs and upstairs, so we knew that the cost would be significant. They were very fair and honest with their pricing (we priced around as well). We are EXTREMELY pleased with our floors and would not hesitate to buy from them again or recommend them to others.”

    “We had Alpine come out to refinish our hardwood floors in our master bathroom. They did a beautiful job. After 2 years though we did have an issue with the finish. Mike sent his team back out to refinish them again at no charge! Apparently there may have been a quality issue with that finish batch used. Mike did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied. Great to see a company stand by their work!”

    “Anthony Palandro was recommended to us by our insurance company who uses him regularly. We needed our kitchen floor replaced because of water damage. He matched it perfectly and was very professional. His son and an assistant performed the work and it was an A+ job. Our insurance company accepted his full quote so there were no issues with cost of project. I highly recommend him.”

    “EWFC was a great help from the beginning, in letting me take out many, many swatches in order to determine which patterns I wanted for my Kitchen and Laundry room vinyl floors. They also honored the price they gave me over a year before, which was largely confirmed by word of mouth, because I don't think they made a written quote back then, but they honored the price anyway, which I greatly appreciated. The installation occurred on the scheduled date, and the work was done efficiently and neatly. There was a minor issue a few days later, in which the moulding under the dishwasher fell off, which seemed to occur because it was just a little too large, so opening the DW door loosened it. When I called them to address it, they returned shortly afterwards with new moulding, cut shorter, and promptly repaired it. Overall I'm quite pleased. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because one of the workers put a minor scratch in one of the cabinets when he installed the floor, and, the small gold nails / brads used to secure the threshold are coming out of the floor. It 's on my list to go back and see if they have longer nails that I'll replace them with. In closing, I'd hire them again and I'd recommend them too.”
