The quality and fit are beautiful. The island with waterfall countertops turned out stunning and has become a showpiece of our space. The bathroom transformation is equally impressive and the new flooring and paint brought the entire condo together giving the clean, modern look we were striving for. “Kurt Ozbey of Handyman Masters LLC has been and continues to be a pleasure to work with at W and O development company. He was the builder of record for two large condo buildings built by W and O development. The existing properties were demoed, surveyed and built from the ground up by Kurt. Kurt was the supervisor, hands on builder and project manager. On multiple occasions when I was on the job Kurt was supervising and managing 10-20 guys in various roles in the building process. It always was a well oiled machine with each crew knowing exactly what they were doing, working well with each other and other crews with Kurt at the helm guiding them through the building process. When issues arose with permits, inspectors or neighbors he was able to step in and give them what was needed. He kept the process moving along and the project on schedule. One notable event happened after the 4 unit building was completed and a condo was being inspected by the buyers home inspector. The inspector noted that there were no issues to report with the condo. It had passed 100% with the construction inspector and the home buyers inspector. Both the highly experienced realtor and inspector commented that this never happens. There is always something that needs fixing / touching up by the developer / builder This perfect outcome was attributed to the excellence and high level of finish work by Kurt Ozbey and his crew. I had the opportunity to stay at a mountain house Kurt Ozbey built on a mountain top with my fiancé. - Luna’s View at the Mountain Top located in Seven Springs PA. From the outside it looked like a period farmhouse with real wood siding with the bark on the wood. But once inside it became apparent that this was a high end resort home - no detail was missing. It had a completely stocked gourmet kitchen, stone wood burning fireplace, teak floors and the best was the steam room I was able to enjoy after a day of skiing at nearby Seven Springs. It was literally on top of a mountain and had an amazing view of the valley below. Not only was it beautiful and well put together it was clear that no detail was overlooked. It was the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in I can without any reservation recommend Kurt Ozbey and Handyman Masters for any job to be completed. Not only is he an excellent builder, his easy relaxed manner makes it easy to communicate with him and have a clear understanding of the entire building process as it progresses to completion.”
