My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

“Max and his wonderful crew did a terrific job installing a pre-finished hardwood floor in our daughter's Worcester condo. Max (Shipitco) originally came out to the condo to give us an estimate for removing the upstairs wall-to-wall carpeting and replacing it with luxury vinyl flooring, but when his crew removed the carpet they discovered that the subfloor would not work with vinyl. Max immediately gave us a new quote for hardwood flooring, ordered it instantly (upon our approval of the estimate), and scheduled installation almost immediately. When we all got COVID-19 and had to postpone the installation, Max seamlessly rescheduled everything and the installation was done quickly, efficiently, and beautifully. Throughout the process, Max kept in touch with us by text and email. I highly recommend this company!”

“It is with great satisfaction that we write this review for Mike Dangredo from Finishing Touch. Mike refinished the hardwood floors throughout our home in Charlton, MA. He also redesigned and renovated our kitchen, replaced the railings/newel posts/balusters for our stairway, and replaced the tile floor in our half bath. From start to finish, Mike communicated well, explained the process, and answered any questions we had. Through thoughtful planning, Mike did his best to minimize disruptions to our family’s day to day living and to help us get back onto our floors or back into our kitchen as soon as possible, which was a huge stress reliever for us. Most impressively, even though the project was planned several months before starting, Mike was was able to give us specific dates for when each phase would begin and end. The project was completed according to that schedule and was done on time and, just as importantly, on budget. We’d also like to mention that the subcontractors who work with Mike are friendly, trustworthy, and have the same work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction as Mike. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of Mike’s work. We have our dream kitchen and couldn’t be happier! We highly recommend Mike Dangredo for high-quality floor refinishing and kitchen remodeling.”

“Before we moved into our new home in EG we wanted to have the floors refinished. They were a dark espresso and quite worn in several areas. Brian arrived on time to our consult, was professional and polite. I had a very tight turnaround from closing to move-in date. Brian kept me updated daily with what was complete and if we were on track. His team came in and had everything completed on schedule. The floors are beautiful, not a spot missed or moulding nicked. They also did a tremendous job cleaning up after (that dust goes everywhere). Highly recommend.”
