“LOVED working with this company, especially Kim! We had a emergency flooring situation the week of Thanksgiving. Good-luck finding anyone who could fit you in their schedule that week! But with one phone call, they jumped in and assessed the situation, and then made several great recommendations. They quickly got the flooring measured, ordered, and installed. Kim offered a forward-thinking design plan that would help us not only address the current situation, but help us plan for the future. She was very personable, quick to respond to phone calls, and came by personally to check on the work while it was going on. That is A+++ customer service. “My experience with Mr. Hernandez was nothing less than perfect. We review the job and the cost and Mr. Hernandez and his team went to work. They did everything they said they would do and more. Each day they left the job site clean and orderly and showed up each day early to get going. We had our deck refinished a few shingles on the roof replaced and some rooted boards replaced. “I am a lifetime customer of Shaw Company because they did an excellent job for me. When my hot water heater broke and completely destroyed my master bath and bedroom, we decided it was time to go ahead and upgrade the original design. I made a call to Shaw Co. and they were there that afternoon with everything needed to begin the drying out process of our disaster. They were very detailed in the removal of anything that may cause future health or structural concerns for my family. Once everything was dry and cleaned up they began to start our remodel. The recommendations that they made were very innovative and once we decided on the direction to go, they were on it. The crew was very conscientious and courteous. More importantly, they finished the project on time and budget. We are extremely pleased with the end result! It's nice to deal with a company that does what they say they are going to do. ”
