“Daniil is amazing! I had been wanting my floors done for 2 years. I was so worried about EVERYTHING. I had already purchased the flooring (solid bamboo) on my own based on a previous estimate. I had spoken with at least 6 companies with quotes and opinions alllll over the place. So extremely high price and some so low it made you worry about the saying "you get what you pay for". When I came in contact with Elephant flooring the knowledge Daniil had about all flooring made me feel confident in his company. When he came over to give the actual estimate it was suprising less than over the phone and very competitive. He was able to start within 7 days and the job was completed within 3 days. His demo and install was extremely clean. They even vaccuum daily before they leave. We had a small hiccup with the direction of boards. In order to give me what I wanted he would have to change me an additional $1,500 for material. He, in his professional opinion, advised me against this increase. And reassure me that the floor would look better in the opposite direction . We trusted him, saved the money and lived the decision. I have and will continue to reccomend Elephant flooring to any and all my friends.”
