“We bought a house in Pleasanton that was a perfect location for our family, but the inside needed quite a bit of work. The projects included re-wiring the entire house, remodeling a guest bathroom, completely remodeling the kitchen, removing a wall, redoing flooring, drywall, insulation, and updating the laundry room. We purchased our house in the summer and wanted to move quickly to be able to finish the remodel before the holidays and Inspired Builders got it done for us. They did pre-signing meetings with us, handled all the permits, met us to finalize the design and materials, and communicated an appropriate amount during the entire process. We chose to move out of our house for 2 months so this communication was very welcomed. They were very reasonable with the minor changes we requested mid-build, and kept their promise to not charge me extra for any surprises that we encountered during demolition/construction. Even the crew literally working and painting our house was very friendly, clean, and helped us with questions when we would occasionally visit. The final results look incredible and all of our family is amazed to see the transformation. My wife says she feels like we are living in "one of those houses from a magazine". We intend to hire them to finish the rest of the house when we are ready.”
