Wood Floor Installers in Tampa

“Jess and his team did a fantastic job on our condo remodel: kitchen, bathrooms, floors, and walls. His design, recommendations, craftsmanship, and work ethic were top notch. Jess is a very nice person, responsive, and very easy to work with. His work is great and the price is very reasonable. Jess and his team at Tampa Bay K&B have our highest recommendation!”

“We selected Schoeman Construction to completely renovate our master bathroom. We were impressed with them from the first time we called, because they actually answered the phone! They always promptly responded when we contacted them for any reason. This is the kind of customer service that is seldom found any more. Our master bathroom was completely torn out and re-done, and we received an estimate for every part of the project before the construction started. This is a very dependable, family-owned and operated local business, and all of their workers are reliable, highly skilled, long-term employees. They have all the necessary vendors available for you to select the tile, granite, fixtures, or anything else needed, but you can also buy anything you like, from anywhere, and they will install. We had a totally new, walk-in shower and a bathtub installed, which involved moving some of the plumbing. We also had them remove and replace all of the existing ceramic floor and wall tile in the bathroom and the adjoining closet area, and install a new toilet, granite-topped vanity and landscape mirror in the bathroom, and also had the room re-painted. In addition, they also installed a new, exterior door, new window sills inside, replacing old wood in the walls, and built new sills for the outsides of the windows. We also had them install two new hot water heaters. This project took a few months, but the level of workmanship is outstanding, and the room is now beautiful, besides being outfitted with the safety features of non-slip floor tile and grab bars. A member of the Schoeman team always let us know when the workers would be coming, and they always arrived when they said they would. We highly commend Schoeman Construction for their reliability and the quality of the work they do, and would definitely recommend them!”

“Joe Logan/Code Construction was our contractor to have our kitchen redone due to a water leak. He guided us through every step; told us what to expect during the insurance claim. He provided information on the different products/suppliers: cabinets, lighting, plumbing, countertops, backsplash, etc. He never pushed us to make a decision until we were satisfied with the product. He kept in constant contact throughout the whole process. We new to expect his “punch list” for the week on what and who will be doing the jobs that week. He personally checked the completion and our satisfaction. He answered all our questions and concerns. Since then we had Joe come back to redo our flooring. As before, his team did an excellent job. My husband and I highly recommend Joe Logan/Code Construction.”
