Mark goes out of his way to see that his customers are happy during and after the renovation. ## This is a brief summary of the renovation work that we had done: -New plywood installed to strengthen sub-floor. -Relocation of light fixtures and new electrical wiring. -Full height wall replaced with knee wall. -New tile & glass shower enclosure (includes: thermostatic shower valve, linear drain, rain head, LED lights, niche, & foot rest). -Sleek new BainUltra tub with heated air jets and heated back rest. -Heated flooring. -DalTile "Veranda Solids" porcelain tiles on floor and walls (the tile work is stunning!). -Horizontal bands of solid quartz added as an accent material in shower and bath are(this was an idea that Mark had suggested; we are very pleased with the result). -Solid stainless steel tile edging (Schluter Quadec) -New vanities with beautiful Hanstone quartz countertops and under-mount Toto sinks. -New fibreglass window frames with quartz jambs. -Recessed Robern medicine cabinet. -New Toto toilets. -New closet doors.”

“Though we had a general idea of what we wanted in a bathroom reno, Ed and his staff drew up several computerized layouts allowing us to better establish the final design. He prepared a detailed cost estimate of the project and a workable schedule of activities for each day. His crew acquired all the materials in advance of the start date and brought everything before the first day of work so that once started, they would not have to delay. We gutted the bathroom ourselves to save some time and cost then his crew reinforced the walls, installed a new tub and tiled the surround and floor, then installed a new toilet. All wiring and plumbing was completed by skilled and licensed tradesmen. The final touch was the installation of a rolling glass door. The end result is beyond our expectations. It's been a year since installation and there have been no problems at all. We still get many complements when guests come over and get to see the new bathroom.
