“Richard Diaz is fairly new to the Tucson community but NOT to the craft of everything related to homes. His company, Raven Construction, LLC has completed several projects for us. Richard has replaced a fence, installed a "man" door for the garage, a water line connection for a bidet, completed repair of a water damaged ceiling including drywall and paint matching, completely refinished all the oak floors, removed mold from shower tiles and replaced the glass shower door. The work was done quickly (I think he might even work on weekends), efficiently and with little disruption to our daily life. We are comfortable calling him for both large and small projects; he completes all work with equal professionalism. Richard always provides written estimates for his work and the jobs are completed on or ahead of schedule. Raven Construction, LLC, and Richard Diaz have our strongest recommendation for all projects involving a home. Ours was built in 1908 and Richard treats the "old lady" with the care she deserves.”

“We, or should we say Skyline Homes/Valley Development, remodeled a good part of our home opening up the main part to an open home concept. This entailed the taking down of two walls, installation of support beams, brand new and refigured kitchen including the closing off of an ill-placed slider and an ill-placed window, new appliances, new flooring, new island, new cabinetry, new ceiling, new skylights, new lighting, new window, electric work, new plumbing and painting. We raised ceilings in a number of other areas including the main hallway, laundry room and one of the bathrooms. The laundry room got new upper cabinetry (lower was in good shape but still refaced to match the uppers). Also, the two outside HVAC units were relocated and walled off (used to be in front of the house). Bob brought ideas and great design plans to the table. His estimates were accurate. The workmanship was superb.”
